Who we are
INXANITY Labs runs the website inxanitylabs.com and makes INXANITY Launcher, a Windows app that installs, plays and builds game mods. INXANITY Labs is a paid membership sold through Whop. This page explains what we collect, why, and how to get it removed.
What we collect
| What | When | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Your email | When you download the launcher and when you link the launcher to your membership | To check you are a member (we ask Whop whether the email has an active INXANITY Labs membership) and to help you in support |
| An install ID | Created once by the launcher | A random number that tells your launcher apart from others. It contains nothing about you. |
| Launcher events | First start, start, update, and when you install, play or build a mod | Which event, which mod, the launcher version and the time. We use it for support, to fix problems, and as a record of membership use if a payment is disputed. |
| Network details | With every download, membership check and launcher event | IP address, the rough location your IP points to (country, region, city) and your browser or app version. Used against abuse (we limit how many emails one network can try) and for the records above. |
| Play together invites | Only when you host a multiplayer game | Your game's address, so friends with your invite link can join. Invites expire after 12 hours. |
Browser game update notifications
If you subscribe to game updates, we store your chosen subscription in Cloudflare D1 and use it for occasional game news and announcements. Browser subscriptions include the browser's push registration, encryption keys and delivery status. Email subscriptions include your address and confirmation status; we send a confirmation email before adding you to the audience and use Resend to deliver emails. You can choose either option without creating an account.
You can stop updates for one game or all games from a subscribed game page. We remove the push credentials within 24 hours after the last game is unsubscribed and retain only redacted delivery status for up to 30 days. A notification already in transit may still arrive.
What stays on your PC
- Your games, your saves and your own copies of games. The launcher never uploads them.
- Mods you build. They stay in your launcher under "Made by you".
- API keys you enter (for example a fal.ai key). They are stored on your PC only.
- We do not record your screen or your gameplay.
Who we share it with
- Whop, our payment and membership provider: we send your email to check your membership. Whop's own privacy policy covers what you give Whop at checkout.
- Vercel, which hosts the website and stores the records above in private storage.
- PostHog (EU servers), which counts visits to the website: pages viewed, clicks, rough location from your IP and your browser type. It does not get your email.
- When you install a mod, the launcher downloads its files from where the mod's makers publish them (for example GitHub). Those sites see a normal download request.
- The AI app you choose (for example Claude Code, Codex or OpenCode) runs under its own terms. We do not send it anything about you.
We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Membership and launcher records are kept while you are a member and up to 2 years after, so we can answer payment disputes. Anti-abuse markers are deleted after 6 hours. Play together invites end after 12 hours.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to us in the INXANITY Labs Discord (discord.gg/ECGFbFMzun, #help) or message INXANITY Labs on Whop. Deleting your data ends access to the launcher, because it can no longer check your membership. Uninstalling the launcher removes it from your PC; your mods folder in Documents stays until you delete it.
Children
INXANITY Labs is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this policy changes, we update this page and the date at the top.
