These terms cover INXANITY Launcher, our website and the INXANITY Labs membership. INXANITY Labs supplies the product; Whop handles checkout and membership payments.

What the membership includes

The membership includes access to the launcher, its available mod and mashup catalog, and the INXANITY Labs community. Individual games, paid AI plans and third-party services are not included unless explicitly stated. Browser games may have different device requirements from the Windows launcher.

Games, mods and compatibility

• You must own or otherwise have permission to use any games, ROMs and other files required by a mod. Membership does not grant ownership of third-party games or their assets.
• Some mods require specific game versions, additional software, an internet connection or your own AI account. Check each item's requirements before installing.
• Mods and browser ports can stop working after game updates or changes by their creators. Catalog availability can change, and we cannot guarantee every mod works on every PC.
• Back up important saves before modding. Use mods in accordance with the relevant game's terms, including multiplayer and anti-cheat rules.

Billing and cancellation

The price, billing interval and applicable taxes are shown at checkout. A recurring membership renews until cancelled. You can cancel through your Whop account to stop future renewals; cancellation does not itself refund a previous payment. Access follows the membership period shown in your account.

Whop's Buyer Terms also apply to payments made through Whop.

Right of withdrawal (EU, EEA and UK)

If you live in the EU, the EEA or the UK, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason.

• The launcher (digital content). Before your download starts, the download page asks you to confirm that you want the launcher delivered right away and that you understand you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the download starts. We email you a copy of that confirmation. After the download has started, the right of withdrawal no longer applies to the launcher.
• Before you download. Until you download the launcher, you can withdraw within 14 days of purchase. For the community part of the membership, which starts right away, we may deduct a share of the price in proportion to the time you had access, where the law allows it.
• How to withdraw. Send us a clear statement through Whop or to admin@inxanitylabs.com within the 14 days, with the email you used at checkout. We refund through the original payment method within 14 days of receiving it.

Support and refunds

If you have an access, billing or compatibility issue, contact INXANITY Labs through Whop or the Discord community (#help). Include your receipt or membership details when relevant. Refund requests are assessed under the purchase terms, applicable consumer law and Whop's payment processes. These terms do not exclude mandatory cancellation, refund or other consumer rights.

Responsible use

Use the launcher and community lawfully. Do not distribute files you have no right to share, resell membership access, abuse other members, or use the service to spread malware or bypass access controls. We may restrict access for serious misuse; any action remains subject to your applicable rights.

AI and third-party services

AI tools, game publishers and mod creators operate under their own terms. AI-generated changes may contain errors; review them and test carefully. INXANITY Labs is not affiliated with or endorsed by the game publishers or AI providers featured on the website.

Updates to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes and will update the date above. Material changes affecting an existing membership will be communicated before they take effect. Changes do not remove rights you already have under applicable law.
