The 2002 PS2 fighter that started the Budokai series retells the Saiyan, Namek and Android sagas in story mode, with 2D-style fights built in 3D.

This host runs the PS2 game in the browser with WebAssembly and WebGPU and streams the 4.31 GB disc in pieces as you play, so nothing needs installing. It has save states, controller support and an Online tab. It is made for desktop; on phones it can be slow.
